Our 11 years of providing a high level of service to our diverse client base; including the NHS, local government, schools, colleges, universities and businesses in the SMB and enterprise marketplace demonstrates our ability to support a wide range of differing and interesting infrastructures.
We DO offer service and support throughout our product portfolio and ALL of our Service Level Agreements are backed up by specific vendor partnership programmes we have in place.

How do we do that?
August Computers has a diverse and wide range of skill sets within our team of highly skilled and experienced engineers, one of the companies top priorities is the continued investment in training our members of staff and keeping them up to date with changes in technology.
The preferred partnership programmes we have in place offer invaluable access to resources with specific vendors. This allows us to manage issues directly and escalate them as needed, for example recently we installed a CISCO wireless RADIUS server, which was not working as required, we resolved the issue by liaising directly with the development team who designed it in the US.
We have the tools in house to support your infrastructure; we have the right relationships to manage warranties, issues and annoyances.
